all of a sudden it has lost pressure at shower head,incoming mains pressure fine,no flow restrictors fitted, any ideas my friends.
 
it could also be dirt in the inlet filter, quite easy to strip and check that, depending on the pipe layout disconnect the inlet and connect it to a bend and a bit of pipe, then get someone to turn the water back on and see if you get full flow into the bath or shower

yeah, i checked filter first,but not a bad idea on how to check flow rate on incoming ,thanks again.
