Why is it do custs always think you know every fault code on every boiler off the top off your head , quite often get text messages or phone calls saying ' Hi i have a boiler showing fault code F 24 or e123 what is it and can you repair it now?'

These calls are often late at night as if i can make a magic repair or instant advice lol

had a few like this lately lol

My colleagues think I'm an encyclopaedia of boilers and plumbing. I use the bullshizzle baffles brains. They have no brains so a wee bit of bs goes along way.

anything bigger than e/f 2 gets advised "you need a new boiler" :)
