hi can anyone give advice. was having a new cooker delivered on monday the 6th by comet. the team refused to fit it because they said not enough air vents in kitchen. i told them there was one behind the washing machine, but they said i needed another one. who is likeley to fit a new air vent? a plumber? a gas fitter? help please!!!!!!!

If extra ventilation required on a job i'm on i'll always quote for it and do it myself, but i know some GSE's who wouldn't. I'd try some of your local fitters, its better to give them the work rather than a big firm like currys anyhow. you can find local fitters in your area on the gassafe website.
