Just had email from gas safe re renewal reminder with my password in case I forgot it shouldn't that be unknown to anyone but myself?
 
I renewed mine the other day and got my certificate through and the date has gone back from when I renewed it so I've lost 3 weeks off my year and I thought it was being renewed from the date it was due (if that makes sense) so I will be on the phone in a bit asking why.

No they need to know it so you can log in :confused: hah
