its like an all over body mussel pine too!
finding it hard to deal with day to day tasks like even opening and tin of beans really worried not told the wife im bottling it going back to the doctors last time i went had bloods and im border line diabetic and something to do with my eps or esp or something deals with the swelling in your body.
really really worried now

it never rains its pours

I'd be more worried about how I would give myself a treat. :)

lol thanks mate iv done ok in the building trade so far ill be fine just not a good feeling when you cant even use your hand knowing it will be painful

best go see the blood letters, then worry if it isnt cured. more important bin the sugar as type 2 diabetes will ruin your day in the long term, as appendages can fall off in really bad cases

take it easy
take it easy
take it easy
and slow down
dont push your self all the time and have a min 2 days off
trust me it works and drink lots of water

If it aint the hand you that you yank the plank with.

Then there aint no problem.

Get well soon :)
