We shifted to a new house with 3 floors. The boiler is in the attic. We have problem with the ground floor radiators which is not heating at all. When we shifted a plumber removed one radiator in the ground floor we are not sure if that is the reason. Its a one pipe heating system. So many plumbers came but no one could find the reason why ground floor heating is not working. We remove all airlock and checked if ground floor rad is getting water and it is, but not hot water. Please help.

One pipe systems are both incredibly simple and frustratingly particular at the same time. It's important before messing with it that you have a good understanding of that particular system setup and the principles involved. I'd love to say check for this or adjust that but It would undoubtedly do more harm than good.
You need is someone who has experience with one pipe to get hands on, unfortunately it's unlikely you'll get far with advice online.

Oh ok - I cant help myself...
The only thing I can advise is that you may have a balancing valve (maybe on each floor), these will control the flow of water through each leg and need to be 'balanced' to ensure even heat throughout.
If you have them then turning them down will encourage heat to other areas.
You may not have them in which case its going to be a pipework issue or blockage.
If you adjust anything just make sure you keep a note of the original setting (or how much you've adjusted) eg. '1 turn open' '1/2 turn closed' and return to original settings If unsuccessful.
