have been asked to fix the tap cant identify it and customer has no details about it.

Pop centre caps off, undo screw and remove the tap head to reveal the part you want to get at?

was looking to replace the whole thing but as its massive i thought i could do like for like

Measure from centre of one tap to the other this will help you see what is available to replace it with.
