hiya all unsure were to put this question

was cleaning the toilet tank and ive known since we moved in last year that there was a crack but ive noticed that its weeping from the chunk in the middle (only very tiny) so im pretty sure i have cleaned off some resin someone put there after purhaps they cracked it

do i put white silicone on there or some clear resin if so which resin??

thanks all - have lived here a year and never noticed it before crack doesnt seem any worse

you could try a bit of lsx sealent never tried it myself. it may do for a temporary repair

Lsx should do it, unlike ordinary silicon it'll stick when wet.

Replace as soon asap,it will run and a knock could just split it in half, you have a flood and the edges will be like razors ,went to a job the other day and noticed the pan badly cracked, the damage that would cause to someone,if it went when someone was sat on it,would be blood and guts all over!!
Their bits would be like a bit of road kill :(

imho
