has anyone ever came across the problem of radiators filling with hydrogen? if so what is the cause and hows it rectified? the pumps been changed the cold feed and vent re piped its a normal central heating system with header tank

Thats from chemical reaction. Water plus metal = metal oxides, hydroxides and hydrogen. Its because of corrosion, but not to the scale your implying. How did you know you had hydrogen
