Next time the customer asks why they should buy your expensive British products as opposed to cheap Chinese stuff, feel free to use this photo!

And yes, the spirit levels are at right angles..

Cust looks at price, why pay £100 when you can get a similar item for £50.

It's costing them a lot more than £100 now though :)

Stupid is as stupid does.
What do we know, we're only rip off plumbers!

I was a little bit confused at first to be honest, only because i've never seen a towel rail shaped like a parallelogram as opposed to a rectangle. I put it on the wall and was getting really hacked off at not being able to level it!! lol.

Well you get what you pay for. This should be number 1 factor for all customers and not just price alone.

Those damn things rust very quickly from the inside if no inhibitor is used.

Hmm, it was ****ed on both sides equally. Seems like a casting fault or something.

had one from your ex local supplier Williams the other day Keiran.
When I took it back, they were most aggrieved that I had suggested they were buying inferior products.
time to look for a new merchant me thinks. Not the first time I have had sub standard gear from them.

Oh and thanks for passing my name on to Mrs A from Whiteley.

No probs mate, I'll keep passing them your way.
