Job sheet books

Does anyone use a job sheet duplicate book for carrying out works. Just got my first plumbing contract with a companyand was wanting to use a job sheet book when doing work for them. Does anyone know where I can get one from that is already templated. Seen a couple of places but they have minimum orders of like 10 books. Only want one as a sole trader. Any help or advice would be great.

I use 2 sheets a4 with template printed and number altered each time then carbon paper

You would think now days it would be simple to have a mobile and a basic printer then print what ever you like in van.
