Hi guys,

Wonder if anyone knows about these fires. My mother has tow of them. The fire lit and went out so I changed the pilot assembly it now only works in manual mode and not via the remote control with the later it lights and goes out. Is there a board on the fire that needs changing or something I am missing?

there is a 7.2v battery unit. I have had one that gave me 7.2v but will needed to be replaced.. they do have boards but they are obsolete now.

How old is it? Should have a 10 or 15 year warranty, so call the manufacturers out if it's gone wrong
