Hi,
There are leakings from two ends of a junction which connnects the main pipe above and the clay below as you can see from the photo. I'd be grateful if anyone could give me any idea how to fix the problem.

Another leaking is from a stap boss around the soil stack. Should I take the old boss off and replace with a new one? Do I need to worry about the solvent weld?

Replace it with a new pipe and fittings its a mess. Cost about £80 - 110 for materials

Use terrain solvent weld pipe.

Do you mean replace the prooblem pipe and juntion from the ground up to the first floor juntion or the whole soil stack from the ground to the roof?
Is it easy to get part of pipe and juntion replaced and properly connected? I auume I can't lift the pipe up.
