Main 30 DHW pin not coming out far enough

Just short of the micro switch. What's normal procedure for this? I work a lot on these boilers, but not had this one yet. Diaphragm kit suffice?

Ye, just get a diaphragm repair kit. Comes with the diaphragm and the nut on the end.

Ta mate, only ever done the diaphragm due to drips. Nice one!

Use a brilo pad to clean inside of diaphragm chamber. Also make sure pipes from hydro block are clear. No need to drain boiler just switch off cold under boiler and run off hot water. Take note of what order it came apart . Undo opposite screws on block and put pressure against it when y remove last screw. Shove towel along base of pcb to catch any drips. If u do get pcb wet..... Hair dryer !
