Can anyone tell me where the feed for the water comes from that feeds into the bottom of this Ventair?

Water feed? Its tank feed from heating expansion tank.
Peglar version of myson aerjec
Probably caused more problems than it solved .
Normal H section pipework feed expansion better and cheaper.
