Hi, I need some advice, I'm planning small extension (3m) but pipes going like this. How they can be moved to pass all regulations? The blue is manhole on public path just outside my fence. I think I can't build on it as is public sewage. Can anyone advice if can be done as on proposed right image? Thanks in advance

Before you go any further, in fact it should have been done before starting, you need to contact your local water company to establish what foul drains belong to them, (public sewers).
You cannot build over or near (within 3mtrs) or alter them without approval and you cannot make a new connection to their drains without approval which may not always be granted.

You need to submit an application and pay for surveys / inspection before, during and after the work.

The above not to be confused with Building Control which is a separate issue.
