10mm pipes for radiator going to underfloor, acceptable or not?

Not sure what the beef is with it? Is it because there is more than one hole and the sawdust debris being left there?
As always I fear there is more to this question.
Was it case of replacing radiators?

No real "beef" it's just the hole is fraction larger than the pipe, thought you might need it a bit bigger for expansion?

Are you relaying carpet? If so I wouldn’t worry. By the look of it the job isn’t finished yet anyway based on the woodshavings still on the floor

I wouldn’t worry about the holes. Those reducers are naff but I’d be hacked off that they just lay carpet over rubbish
