Hi Noxer,

Thank you for your reply,

I just need to learn how to design plant rooms such as,

>plant room controls

>what the kw cal will be

> pipe sizing for commercial and designs.

Thank you.

Plant room will run off a BMS panel, inverter driven pumps ect

Have to do your heat loss calculations on size of propertys ect

Pipe sizing have to look into your books

Prob be 6-8 inch pipe feeding the riser then reduces to the propertys. Or smAller depends on what you are feeding

tbh i wouldnt do any of that until you have some experience first go sub/ maybe ask if you can get experience with them to your local commercial plumbing and heating firm

Do you know any particular course for this?

Agreed.

You're trying to run before you even know what race you're in.

Do as ShaunCorbs suggested and go out with a commercial guy.

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
