My builder has fitted 14 Triton Showers to a block of flats which I let out, they are manager by a letting agent, I am now getting complaints that the pressure relive valve is operating and the agent informs the Plummer who changes £80 to fit a new £5 pressure relive valve
HOW CAN I modify the heater to stop this? Andrew

Have you used the shower head and flex that came with the unit also I’ve had it before now someone was blocking the shower head

If there new there under warranty

Also don’t forget the agent puts there mark up ontop of the plumbers bill

If not the above then possibility that the cold water storage tank(s) is more than 10M higher than the shower resulting in excessive pump discharge pressure or somehow the shower supply is from the mains, this assumes a shower like the Triton T90SR which is a integrally pumped shower.

Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.
