Please see the RED marked area; The Hot water service (HWS) rretun line having a Check valve what is the purpose of this valve here? also i can see a TEE in the HWS forward and Return line, it's the only thing will be available in the HWS F&R joint?

What i have understood is the HWS F&R pipework is in a circulation mode and from the TEE a pipework will serve the sanitary fixture, Am i right?

It’s there for the secondary hot water return

Same as the cv by the toilet tmv3 are you installing the pipework?

Not sure why you'd have the Non Return valve there? You'd have it located back at the cylinder with the circulating pump, provided that's the furthest point.

Commercial system have many legs off a src main not practical to run each back to the pump separately

It’s to stop the draw off being used instead of the main hot water service eg water doesn’t flow from the src

Edit as it missed part of the message off

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Every two weeks or so I have to go and top up the system because the hot taps are running cold. Boiler display is flashing 0.6 bar and I fill up to 1.3. I've had an engineer look inside the boiler and he can't see anything wrong. I've checked the pipes all over the house and cannot see any...
