Hi there, ravenheat ls100t, went to change diverter valve but the valve was different to one from the part center, put cover back on and boiler did not fire up. tried to reset. now fires up and cuts off after 15 secs 30 secs then fires again, so and so, any pointers
 
Sorry to point the obvious did you turn the isso valves back on & bleed the boiler, pump stuck?
 
in what way was it different? and was it a type e,f,etc or does it have a micro-switch on the side of the valve?
 
micro switch on the side and on brass manifold outlets in different position
 
you can rebuild your old valve with the new by removing the bottom end,however its fiddly if your unsure,in regards to it not firing you need to get out your multimeter i would start by looking at the air switch,ntc,gas pressures etc
