Rusty water from an Andrews

When a hot tap is run through washing machines in a laundry, rusty spots are appearing on the sheets, when the appliance is drained after a week or so rusty water comes out the bottom
It's 3 week old and Andrews say it's not the appliance
Any thoughts

cold incoming mains old galv/iron pipe?

also could be tank fed from old galv tank?

could try a filter /strainer on the incoming supply

Agree with Eco. There is iron on the system somewhere and it is not on the unit.

Did the plumber who fitted it use wire wool on fittings?
