First things first. Let’s pipe it in correctly. The hot feed should come from an S Flange. The cold feed should be a dedicated supply from the cold tank in the loft. Also what is going on in this picture ???

It is from the cold feed tank and this is in the loft itself there is no boiler in the house he don't want one...I know about the s flange but the pump not comin on at all in there where u cicled is the actual pipes cold feed and hot

That whole diagram looks wrong mate. The hot feed to the pump needs to be on an s flange. The cold feed needs to come directly from the CWST and only feed the pump nothing else. The cold feed cannot be piped directly into the cold mains as the pump cannot take the pressure and at same point it will leak(or worse) I think the CWST needs to be a minimum of 50 gallons. Then the hot and cold outlets should be piped into whatever you want pumping. Also check you haven’t fitted the pipes onto the pump the wrong way around. please do not take this the wrong way. But looking at you diagram I would get a pro in.

Run a magnet along the reed valve and see what happens.

Hi, if you're having trouble with installing the pump the best thing to do is to call our technical team on 0191 516 2002, they will be happy to talk you through the requirements of the installation. Thanks.
