Hello i noticed some of my rads heat up on the return side first. This would mean some have the therostatic valves on the wrong side.
Not aprob when all fully open but how do i balance the rads as you normaly do it from the lockshield side.

Hi Simon thanks for your reply, so if i balance the rad from lock shield side even though the flow on that rad is comeing in from that side, thats still ok?

Therm valves can be fitted on any side. Balancing can be done on any side that is lock shield. It is only to slow the flow, so any pipe does.

Thanks for the replys, yes they are two way trvs and the arrow is pointing in the flow direction.
Now i can go fishing tomorrow instead of pluming.
