It looks like I have 2 options. The first uses the existing pump, the second uses another pump to pump water exclusively to the ufh manifold and pump. I have already taken off a separate flow and return from the top of the boiler. I would like to know which would work best. Any advice welcome. Thanks, Peter

Use existing pump and 3 - 2 port valves (S plan plus)
You would create endless wiring issues with extra heating pump requiring relays ect.
In a ideal world cylinder return should be last connection before boiler.

Thanks for your reply Murdoch. I am just trying to figure out the best way of wiring it as we speak. I don't have a firm idea yet so any suggestions would be very welcome. I have a probe to regulate the ufh water temperature to 27 degrees and a programmable stat to take the probe and room temperature can be enable on it as well to control the zone valve and boiler. I am looking at how this will work with the draton twinzone box and existing thermostat which I was going to reposition upstairs.

Hi all, since I have a Wunda manifold, roomstat and probe with a grunfos upm3 pump, I am going to follow the Wunda wiring diagram which makes it straight forward. The system will be based on the 1st option above,as Exadon2 pointed out, having an extra pump to control would lead to other issues. Pete
