Vokera easi heat i 29c

Recently had bolier fit and before I call vokera about the problem just thought I would ask around have a intermittent noise coming from the boiler my gas safe engineer who fit the boiler is thinking the gas valve is faulty causing the noise

We would need more information but I would just call Vokèra tbh and get it done under warranty.
