Wet room waste pump

Hello all

Today I received a call from a customer regarding her wet room waste pump not working. UNLESS SHE TURNS IT ON AND OFF.

I have not installed nor repaired one of these before so some insight would be very helpful right now.

Could be a saniflow system (or similar).

If its wet room its gonna be something like a Primo waste water pump. You are gonna have to go and see exactly what its doing
