Hi everyone,

Looking for a bit of advice, recently went to a job where heating was operating when called for however not for the hot water. I have changed the 3 port actuator Honeywell head however this doesn’t seem to have solved the issue, does this mean that the programmer is faulty? Or is there something else I’m missing, any help be much appreciated

This schematic may help.
On HW only, the orange wire will only have 230v because its back fed from the cylinder stat "call" contacts.

Looks that way, a multimeter would tell alot, you will get some idea if its the cylinder stat if theres a click when you turn it up and down.
