Soil pipe/fittings 110mm sizes!
It's not every day I deal with 110mm soil pipes, therefore I do not have a selection of different fittings at hand to try what combination fits my needs. Ceramic Kitchen Tap - not designed for washer replacement - REALY?
I have a dripping Franke Mythos quarter turn kitchen tap. Boilermate!

Under floor heating, radiator replacement
Its back-to-back, each side of wall. Ie the integral garage converted to room. It only had one rad, therefore was going to tee off dining room rad to aid heating!- MalH
