    I've used a decent double check valve, two lever valves and the flex for older customers who struggled with the small valve handles. works well.

    External hounsfield heat only. If you really need a combi then again an external but hounsfield don't make combis. I would stay away from a wall mounted one, mare to work on.

    Reminds me a lot of a few years back, new bar opened boxing day. Went down for a few drinks. Needed a slash, straight into toilets, urinals straight in front. P over, turned looking for washbasin and bloke sat having a 💩, no cubicle.

    Just drill 2 new holes in bress and drill through them into wall. Plug, screw and secure.

    Adjustable spanner below it. Close jaws to just bigger than the pipe and tap the t upwards whilst holding pipe below.

    It's definitely who you know rather than what you know. Truck is finding the right people. Get yourself down the trade counters first thing, copies of a CV, add in why you want to work and also your transport status. I.e. do you drive. Then just pester the life out of everybody that comes in.
