Thanks for your reply - my property is about 130 years old (Victorian terrace cottage) I have a combi boiler but no garden watering system. I’ll check the toilet as you mentioned and have a quick chat with my neighbour as well. Many thanks- Table33

There’s no way I’m using that much water no washing machine or dish washer on - could a leak cause the reading around the same night every time? also there is no water usage between midnight and 6 am when I’m asleep as expected so if I had a leak wouldn’t it be consistent throughout the day?
