I have a ten year old Provost Riser Rail System with Integrated Shower Mixer and Thermostatic ABS (Ultra) (pic attached) which is now beginning to leak a little around the on/off tap on the left hand side. It might just be a washer that needs replacing, but there is no obvious way to gain access to the cartridge mechanism inside the bar. Is there a way to inspect the washers or will I have get either a new compatible cartridge (if there is one) or a complete new bar assembly?

Isn't there a cap on the on/off tap that can be gently pried off to reveal a screw which when removed will let you remove the tap head and gain access to the cartridge which will come out (unscrew) and you'll be able to check the washer.

I see the shower fixture you described, and it sounds like the on/off tap on the left side is leaking. Without easy access to the internal components, your options are to either try to contact the manufacturer, Provost, to see if they have any replacement parts or guidance on servicing this model, or as a last resort, replace the entire riser rail assembly. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll do my best to provide more details or suggestions to help you get this resolved.
