Hi, I'm part-way through having my kitchen refurbished and my fitter does the plumbing himself as part of the job.
The kitchen has been stripped and the pipework is in and have just painted the new plasterwork etc ready for fitting next week.
The new plumbing work he has done uses compression joints throughout and I have noticed that these are slightly seeping water on quite a few of the joints and leaving a slight constant moist patch on the floor.
Does this seem acceptable work or is there a problem lurking here. I've made sure that this is not just condensation - the water is definitely coming from the joints.
I have attached some pictures and would welcome comments.
