Water pressure very low

I have a shower fed from this hot water boiler in a summer house. The shower has very low water pressure. Does anyone have a suggestion to resolve this? Thank you in advance, James

I can't see the exact model, but that looks like a ca 2kW under-sink water heater with about 10 litre of stored hot water. It's designed to supply a hot tap, e.g. for washing up, not a shower.

Installing an electric shower / bathroom in a 'summer house' is not a straightforward exercise. You'll probably need planning permission, an electrician to upgrade the electricity supply and a plumber to check the water supply can satisfy the necessary flow and pressure requirements and deal with the building regs compliance.

Many thanks for your response. There is already a shower/ bedroom in the building so no planning consent required. There is also already a separate power supply / switch board and a mains water connection. With the right professionals - could I connect an electric shower unit to the cold water supply bypassing/ removing this water heater?
