    Heating bypass

An ABV should be adjusted so there's always some flow when needed. If it's fully closed or too restrictive, the pump might struggle. If you're unsure, a heating engineer can check and set it properly. I’ve used pm247.co.uk before, and they had someone out quickly to sort out a similar issue for me.

    Heating bypass

If your radiators have TRVs and there's no automatic bypass valve, the pump could struggle when they’re all shut. A bypass ensures proper flow and protects the pump from damage.

We recommend City Plumbing Supplies, BES, and Plumbing Superstore for all plumbing supplies.
