    What type of mixing valve is it? Most tmv valves should be within 1m of the tap/fixture. A blending valve at the cylinder set a 60 is fine.

    Should add every weather comp I've seen fitted has been problematic. Customers seem to hate them. Tho I've prob only come across ones fitted in poor positions.

    For years Boilers have always had to have time and temp controls as standard of course but now you need a control that has load comp. with w WB you can meet new requirements with one of there new plug in controls. No need for weather comp or gas recovery etc... Don't think you can fit standard...

    If the cistern bolts are plastic change them to some stainless steel ones. About £2.80 from toolstation. A lot better quality, less chance of the, leaking.

    Imagine the pipe work being a very large air gun and a fitting being the bullet and you get why it's a bad idea. Hydro test, can get a rp50 copy from eBay for about £40-50

    It will do its job of giving the boiler/pump some flow rate when the valves are off. It's better fitted away from the boiler to remove heat and allowing it to condense correctly.

    Could use 10mm chrome pushfit valve elbows. I'd elimate the bent 10mm tho.

    Many companies can buy cheap WB boilers, British Gas do. They fail to tell you the boiler does not have more than 12month warranty tho but the idea is to get extra money from customer for breakdown service/ contract.

    Won't be air lock problems, just fit rad valves with drain offs on to enable full drain down of rad. Silver tape not needed unless your on a nhbc new build. If being solid plastered use some stich lagging to help stop plaster cracking.
