    Is this the one with the integral pump? Maybe you’ve got an air lock in the pipe, do you have auto air vents on the high point?

    If you chose to undersize the pipework to the rads then why not Heat the hot water in the small hours before the ch comes on or when you’re out at work etc... how big is the cylinder and how much are you using?

    Seems a lot of £££ to me, golden rule for larger jobs is always get 3 quotes, ideally at least one from a friend of a friend. Let us know how you get on 👍🏻

    Can’t remember how many, maybe 40 or 50, it was open book you were asked to take a copy of unsafe situ. Dead easy pal, we’re told if you failed the test you’d get a site visit.

    Yes I have, basically a power point presentation session with a small assessment at the end, all based around IGEM/G/11 unsafe situations procedures. About 25 fairly local engineers for a 3 hour session with lots of questions and answers.

    You could always open the lower valve close the upper and crack the nut between the upper valve and the rad, that should get rid of most of the air. I’d be reluctant the drill the rad, Murphy’s law comes into play here 🤪
