Water leakage very severe
Sorry to say but thats a mess. depending what no 5 feeds just drain enough out to work on it. Personally i would look at changing that lot altogether and properly supporting it.- Chester

I too suffer with a cold house at this time of year, things I changed were - curtains or furniture covering your rads? Check whether you have drafts from windows and under your external doors, if your front door is letting the cold in 24/7 your thermostat might never reach temp for obvious...- Chester

Can I respray a radiator?.
Scotch brite with panel wipe, sanded, can't remember how fine we went, then panel wiped again to clean up, used some kind of container paint I think, left a nice finish, my friend is a paintsprayer by trade so I just followed his lead to be totally honest.
