New smart circulating pump/ are they win or bin

Yeah defiantly not. Out of the thousands of domestic heating systems I've wired over the years I think I've only come across it twice. You have to use the supplied grundfos printed circuit board wiring centre unless you want to start adding relays etc....Just another point of failure that's not...

Do your website's get you business coming in?

I 100% agree... I would go as far to say without an online presence these days you don't look very professional. The 1st thing I do when using someone new is google them even if they have been recommended.

    3 port actuator replaced

The op has wired the green and yellow in to the terminal marked grey and grey in to the terminal marked green an yellow..This is why it keeps blowing fuses. But as for the OP changing the actuator.....I bet it still doesn't solve the issue of the pump not running.

    3 port actuator replaced

You have grey connected to the earth terminal marked grn/yel and earth connected to the terminal labelled grey.........

    3 port actuator replaced

The problem wasn't with the actuator if your pump isn't running. A few minutes with a multi meter will find the problem.

    3 port actuator replaced

can you upload a close up pic of the valve connections on the PCB?
  18. leesparkykent

    3 port actuator replaced

You don't need a gas safe engineer to replace/repair your fault. Can you post a picture of the connections in the wiring centre?
