Leo. Cheers mate. You've got it bang on mate. Pipe and rad pressure was perfect. And I did just that and placed a bag under prv last night. Charged system to 1 bar and down to 0.7 boiler not used! Carried out tightness test 1st all good with 24mbars standing. Not really doubting being under gassed! Just weren't able to do this from the meter as the flame was lifting off then shuts down.
