IVE THE TESTO 330-1LL and its a brilliant bit of kit , far better than any kane or anton, ( ive used them all ) testo is by far the better one , only drawback is the 330-1ll is expensive but theyre are cheaper models ,

Dont suppose you know the input kw of the fire , ie 6kw , is there any purpose made air ventilation for the fire ? these are things that your engineer has / shouldve checked,
Depends largely on where u stay also as different areas different prices but to me it seems pritty good considering your getting rads aswell, also make sure your getting a filter and flushed in accordance to manufacturers guidelines ,
But like moonlight said we have to get a dishwasher installed , no shoirtage of fitters anyhow,,,,,
