I used it on a 6 inch soil pipe the rubber seal had gone so put a couple wraps of denso around it until i could get the soil pipe.
Completely forget about it ,was on for few years before i went back for another job. Their it was bone dry, probably last longer than the crappy rubber seals tbh
I always tell the interest free credit card is the best route do the math .

Common new build problem grit small stones etc more likely up against stopcock taps etc. I always use to blow the main out through a window before connecting.
To late now though and its 18 months on so past the 12 month defect period. As already stated pay me for last job before i go back...
It's not that you can't do it in a day it's covering the possibility of a warranty call back imho.
2 days buttons and braces the install and gives little chance of a call back where they can turn repair down
Is there a timescale we have to notify work , had a customer ring up moaning about receiving no paperwork for her fire i installed about 5 months ago lol.
