    Clear silicony gunk in radiator

    Does anyone have any idea what clear silicony lumps and globules is in the rad water? It seems to have travelled to the air vent bleed valves. If I take the whole valve unit out, I can get it out OK with a turkey baster tube on a wet vac'. But if I just bleed the rad' using the key, the water...
