I've been told I need a 2.34kw radiator for my kitchen/dining room. I only have space for a 700mm wide radiator. Are my chances of getting a tall enough conventional Double radiator / Double convector non existant to meet this output? I'm guessing I'm gonna have to buy one of those tall trendy radiators to meet 2.34kw?

You will struggle to get any radiator 700 wide to give you that output, even a 2m high vertical one. The tallest double convectors are 750mm and have an output of 1480w for a 700 wide.

Thanks for that tamz.
You've stopped me wasting my time.
Very much obliged.

You could use a plinth heater like a Myson Kickspace.

Smith's do one also (called a space saver) and they are a bit cheaper.

One of these may do you.
