2 Hole Mixer taps for Hand Basin

I have a two hole hand basin with two taps ,and would like to change them for a mixer tap, are such things made ? thanks . I dont really want to plug one hole as it would look lopsided.

I think a kitchen sink mixer, with the raised swivel legs might fit, but I could be wrong. Check the adjustment of the legs width of these mixers, max to min.

Unlikely to fit most standard 2 tap hole basins as the holes will normally be a couple of inches further apart.
