Hi. Got a problem at my good customer's - The Red Lion - again.
The boiler, an Ideal Viceroy on class D fuel is going into lockout. Checked all the usual things - airflow, fuel pump, fan, nozzles and filters, fuel supply.
It is curious but the burner is one of those 2 stage burners and the first stage nozzle doesn't lockout, just the second when it kicks in. I have set the burner to run on the first stage only for the time being but it is at much reduced power like this.
It also seems to be worst in the morning (when the guests and the kitchens are using lots of hot water).
Anyone got any suggestions as it has me stumped?
