have a wee job coming up to do 3 flats at home. each flat to have a combi boiler fitted

went to the job to turn water off to the building and there is one stopcock 15mm and thats it.

so i cant run three combis off a 15mm mains pipe must be 20mm mdpe coming in.

so i would have to upgrade or get 3 different water main connections in?? or have any done it differently?? many be a break tank with a booster set
any ideas.

Would prob be a better idea to get 2 more supply's due to the arguments over bills

Booster set and breaktank may cause more issues with a very poor landlord who doesn't keep up maintenance and poss risk of freezing

Hi. Infrastructure charges for tapping a new supply can run into a grand or two. Check it out with the local water company before putting to much work in. As the client may well change plans. Good Luck
