3 port valve

Hi guys,

got a 3 port valve that what shut off the heating unless you turn off the power to it? Do you think I can just replace the head?

check for 240v on the white wire if its got 240 v then you have a permenant live to the valve htg call so it wont shut htg off if no 240v then change the head if the valve is free to move - found it false economy in the past to just change the head though
