any one know if a honeywell 3 port head fits on a landis & gyr valve body?
it has had a replacement syncron fitted in the past which is a honeywell brand!.

What's top of body look like? It's not one of these is it?

Sorry I don't think it will fit it as the body is in the same family as Siemens, Boss therm,Tower etc. Why people fit anything other than Honeywell I can't understand although they rob components. Spent a while this afternoon on a Horstmann with a failed head in a tiny bedroom that a teenager had blackmailed her Dad into fitting a double bed although bed was 90 % of room. 20 minutes plumbing in a complete Honeywell and 2 hours sorting bed and "teenage" detritus.......
 
I think the landis copys of the honeywell cant have the heads changed like the early honeywell valves, pre bubble.

the top can is the same as a galvanised honey' i took the 2 screws out but it did not pop free from the valve, seemed very firm?
