4 port maniflod

Im currently adding 3 new radiators, using a 4-1 port manifold, so one port is left spare, should i simply cap the end of the spare? would running a pipe straight from the spare feed to the spare return make the system less efficient?

just cap it.
you start linking the flow/return your just making a bypass.
